There are many types of banquets. There are company meetings, award recognition, and nonproﬁt volunteer banquets to name a few. For the most part they are very similar. But it’s the details that deﬁne your banquet. On your tour of our venue, we will show you how to make your banquet stand out from the rest. Imagine as your guests walk into the lobby they are greeted with a company logo or welcome screen. As they walk to the left they can get their picture taken in front of our gas ﬁreplace and proceed into the main room. 60 inch tables with 8 chairs around, are placed with your linen and center pieces, reinforcing your branding message.
On stage, there is a podium with a wired microphone. A classroom table is upstage near the curtains displaying awards that will be handed out. On the 10 foot screen, a looped slideshow is playing all the past achievements and special moments that mark your event’s gathering. As your guests are mingling, background music is playing the genre you have requested. Back in the lobby, the caterer is busy setting up chaﬃng dishes and preparing the buﬀet line.
Out in the courtyard, people are taking pictures under the pergola and playing Jenga or cornhole or perhaps connect four. While others are grabbing a drink from the outdoor bar.
